- Administration of student and personal accounts as well as all other accounts
- Supervision of computer workstations and course rooms
2nd-level support - by e-mail or by appointment (see the changed service offer):
- Support in setting up the IT services offered by the ITCC, such as Wi-Fi, e-mail, VPN for the Windows, Android and Linux operating systems

Remote consulting
