Your point of contact for all questions about our IT services, fault reports, suggestions for improvement or requests relating to the services of the ITCC.

 

Note: If you have difficulties logging in to your student or staff account, please also enter an alternative e-mail address or telephone number so that we can reach you.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a ticket number. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, you may have entered an incorrect e-mail address and we will not be able to reply to you. In this case, please send us your request again.

If you have any questions about KLIPS (KLIPS support) or ILIAS (ILIAS support), please contact the respective support team.
We cannot help you with questions about your studies, the associated admission procedures, exam registrations and similar topics. Depending on your concerns, please contact the advisory offices or examination offices.
