Network Access
Depending on the location, the ITCC offers you various methods to obtain access to the University network UKLAN.
Wireless LAN
Students and employees of the University of Cologne can connect their computers wirelessly to the university network UKLAN via a WLAN connection.
Guest Network
At guest access network sockets, students and employees at participating universities in the eduoam network receive network access via a network cable.
VPN
Via VPN access, students and employees of the University of Cologne can also use services from outside the university that are otherwise only available in the university network UKLAN.
Trouble Report
Report faults and problems in the UKLAN (University of Cologne LAN) area. This includes your wired connections in the institute as well as the university's WLAN.
