Zahlreiche Software-Produkte können von Einrichtungen, Beschäftigten und Studierenden der Universität zu Köln im Rahmen von Campuslizenzen und Rahmenverträgen zu besonders preisgünstigen Konditionen bezogen werden.
Die meisten Produkte können über den Software-Shop der Universität zu Köln erworben werden.

UPDATE: Citavi: Lizenzverlängerung für ein weiteres Jahr
Die Produkte stehen wieder im Softwareshop zur Verfügung. Studierende verlängern ihre Lizenz bei Bedarf wieder über das Portal von Citavi.

EndNote 2025 is now available in the software store. Please note that the activation procedure has been changed to personal license keys.
ADOBE: Contract extension concluded
The Adobe Creative Cloud connection licenses are now available in the software store. Please order these in good time to avoid any impact on your work processes. For more information, please refer to the Adobe Creative Cloud section under Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) for educational institutions
Adobe Acrobat for employees will continue to be available free of charge. No action is required on your part.
Update - SPSS: New license period from 01.10.2025 - Please note.
UPDATE: The licenses are now available in the software store for all user groups.
The licenses have been extended for another year. Our contractor is currently generating the new license keys. Due to a change of provider, it is highly unlikely that the licenses will be available in the store in time. Licenses that are currently in use are fully functional until at least 31.10.2025. Any expiry messages can be ignored.
As soon as the licenses are available in the software store, we will update this entry.

Hinweis zu Oracle Java
Oracle hat die Lizenzbestimmungen für Oracle Java geändert: Die Nutzung von Oracle Java SE (JDK und JRE) ist seit dem Update Release 211 für Java 8 auch für Hochschulen kostenpflichtig. Die Installation dieses Updates führt laut den dabei zu akzeptierenden Lizenzbedingungen automatisch in die Kostenpflicht. Auch alle höheren Versionen (Java SE 11 und Folgende) sind an Hochschulen nicht mehr kostenfrei nutzbar.
