Configure spam filtering

Important: Emails may be incorrectly recognized as spam. If you set the filter to "Delete spam", these emails will also be irrevocably deleted. We therefore recommend marking spam emails in the subject line (if necessary, you can then move these emails to a separate folder using an additional filter).

Spam filter

You manage the spam policy in UniKIM.

  1. Open UniKIM and accept the user regulations [Fig. 1], then log in with your login details [Fig. 2].
  2. Click on the "Anwendung" tab at the top, then click on "Spam Policy" [Fig. 3].
  3. In the new window, you can select the appropriate setting under "Gewünschte Spam Einstellung" in the selection window
    1. Kein Spam Schutz (No spam protection) => emails are forwarded without filtering
    2. Spam in der Betreffzeile markieren (Mark spam in the subject line) => Mails that are recognized as spam are marked accordingly in the subject line
    3. Spam löschen (Delete spam) => Mails recognized as spam are deleted directly
